I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

Please spread this far and wide, as stories don't get much bigger than this. When the government blocks even the intelligence services from telling us we're heading for environmental catastrophe, you know we have a problem. A very big problem.
Thank you.

The UK government didn't want you to see this report on ecosystem collapse. I'm not surprised | George Monbiot
It took an FOI request to bring this national security assessment to light. For ‘doomsayers’ like us, it is the ultimate vindication, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

Can’t use it either - or the website.

🌊GREAT NEWS!

The Azores has approved management rules for the Azores Marine Park - the largest marine reserve network in the North Atlantic, covering 30% of its waters.

Oceana welcomes this milestone and urges other EU countries to follow the Azores’ lead. 🇵🇹🌍

Best song ever to come out of Liverpool

Strongest #aurora I’ve seen in Plymouth. Pink is clear with the naked eye! 😳 #NorthernLights

To be fair it was usually powered by Christianity too

Excellent - native Americans can have USA back then

I get the horrible feeling Trump looks at a standard map of the world and:
1. Thinks Russia is a long way from US as Alaska and Siberia opposite sides of the map.
2. Thinks Greenland is huge - much bigger than USA

Just wanted to send you this fab Sea Witch #StreetArt from Plymouth, UK

We have mail-in votes in UK so he’s wrong there (quelle surprise). We call them postal votes…

I replaced my old slow cooker with one with a metal dish. Great advantage is you can use it to brown meat or onions in first on hob and then move the lot to the slow cooker! Get one of these ☺️

An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

This is some very welcome good conservation news! Huge congratulations to the @mantatrust.bsky.social team, reward for all your hard work and passion.

Having all international trade banned will give real hope that manta and Devil ray populations may have a chance 👏👏
📣 We did it!

All ten species of manta and devil rays are now protected under CITES Appendix I, the highest level of international protection. This historic vote bans all international commercial trade, including gill plates and meat, giving these marine giants a fighting chance.
