So, Jesus said there will always be poor people (Matthew 26:11).
He also said (everywhere!) look after the poor.
The fact that there will always be poor people means Christians will always have an obligation to look after them.

The only antidote - and I do mean the ONLY one - to Trump and Miller's xenophobia is a full-throated defense of immigration and a full-throated attack on the racism and xenophobia currently guiding immigration policy. You can't half-ass this one, you can't Very Reasonable Limits this one.

JK Rowling got a full *decade* of press as a martyr for being "cancelled" (declared passe by people online) and meanwhile nobody considers it very interesting that a prominent left wing author is basically banned from entering or publishing in the United Kingdom for her politics

And don't get me wrong, being 25 and looking 30 is fine. Everyone ages differently, there's not a lot you can do about that. The problem is when you're gonna assume everyone you cast at 13 is gonna look 17 when they're 23.

I understand that Netflix treats seasons of Strangers Things as though they are films, but 5 seasons in 9 years is way too spread out for a series about kids.
I'd say like half the cast look like they could be in their teens/early 20s, but half of them look 30.
