I really think if you aren’t coming around in your abolition journey at THIS point, there may be no hope for you. They’re showing up in riot gear to help modern day slave catchers. They’re gassing people who are videoing to make public what they’re up to. They’re all bad.
We have got to collectively help people understand that of course the local* cops are acting as an arm of the machine. That is their purpose.
People need to grow their minds & grieve what they've been conditioned to believe about cops being there to help/serve/protect.
