It is 100% not about spend. My experience is that when brands get caught up in spend it doesn't end well long-term. I think some of the new AI tracking tools should scale back some of that spend mentality.

Generally works that you throw a lot of money at it and see what sticks which isn’t actually much - podcast’s especially

Shopify kinda does a decent job with how they approach podcasts actually
I am 100000% with you. If you just want to see "performance" - bottom line - are we performing... OK forget top 20... top 5.

But being able to see the wider trends and how momentum is being generated and where it is happening and seeing all of that inertia is huge!
