I just finished Book 2 of Emily Wilson's ILIAD, and in the section where Homer listed EVERY. SINGLE. GREEK. WARRIOR. by region, I just pretended I was listening to a beloved elderly relative's five-year-old grandchild listing every evolution of each individual Pokemon.

Great framing.
Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.
I've been to 14 (not counting airports). And what do Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Atlanta have to do to get some love?
The Pool Boys are giving the Gunners every opportunity to do just that. But yes, Palace is a lot of fun to watch this year.
