Nutcracker 2025 show 11

The baby mice are required to hold their tails up when not onstage.

They are not required use them to fence with other baby mice. Yet here we are.

Then you have the one kid who is chasing her tail because she doesn’t know how else to reach it.

Saturday Sweetness

Some shelters do something I love. They let the dog choose.

You sit in a quiet room. One dog walks in. No pressure. No scripts. The dog decides who feels safe.

A tiny reminder that sometimes the best connections happen when we let ourselves be chosen 🥹🫶🏻

In S17 of #Taskmaster, Nick Mohammed dressed as a vampire for his tasks. The production scrubbed all his reflections when he's dressed like this, but the only way I knew is because someone told me about it. It's subtle and very cool.

Women deserve actual healthcare, not Oscar winning actors marketing their supplement woo as healthcare. And since Gwyneth for sure sees how much buzz Halle Berry's supplement woo is getting from yelling at Newsom, I'm sure we're about to get Goop yelling about him too.

Being trans disqualified you from being involved or having any say at all in the nyt coverage of trans people. That was true 5 years ago, and it’s true today.

It’s the definition of prejudice.
Ever wonder why the New York Times abandoned balance and impartiality to lead an old-fashioned newspaper crusade against trans equal rights?

In one of our most read stories for the year, @evanurquhart.bsky.social took readers behind the scenes at NYT.

Truly the stupidest cult. Obsessed with a drug that doesn't work against an infectious disease that they don't even think is real.
In lieu of affordable universal health insurance, Texans will now be given better access to de-worming medication.

Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa has died. Bummer news.

I mean, what do you even need to say about his performance as Shang Tsung? Iconic.

Netflix buying WB would result in them eating the IP and spitting the rest of the products they produce out. it’d be a surprise if they even kept the HBO TV channel
So would Netflix buying WB put an end to any physical releases from them?

Amazon is trying to kill the post office, and make no mistake: it will do the same in Canada.

Its subcontracted delivery model must be regulated out of existence if we care about not just the postal service, but ensuring delivery workers have good, union jobs they can depend on.
