At SNL I worked with artists who made the funniest, stupidest graphics in no time flat. Some of my biggest jokes would have been impossible without these geniuses building an insane image or finding the perfect real-life photo of a politician. Sucks that their work is being pushed aside for slop.

everytime I look at this photo, I feel like bawling my eyes out. As a small, tan, dark & straight haired little girl, Pocahontas was the first Disney Princess that really looked like me, and I just... this was just serendipitous and surreal.
Randomly fb scrolled into a _free_ horror art & cosplay expo at midnight last night for today and they had FUCKING POCAHONTAS THERE TO SIGN AUTOGRAPHS???? So, I got a signed print, & a photo & tried not to fucking cry my face off (held my breath for 30 seconds to get this - mask still in hand lol)
