It's a blah sort of day today, but this color palette has not failed in cheering me up a bit. If you are feeling blah (or have passed through that stage into Flailing Kermit), I hope this WIP of little colorful dwelling adds a glimmer of brightness to your Sunday. 🫶

I have seen people with Flo Mask covers in different designs and colors - there are various shops online that sell them. I know some people also use fabric to decorate theirs. I can totally see how using a pen with an odor would be a problem. 😷🫶

The careless, collective refusal to wear respirator masks in public spaces has resulted in a hellish situation of constant danger for those few of us who strive to avoid repeated infections of Covid-19. Heedless negligence has fatally compromised the essential standards of public safety.

The masses view the uncontrolled spread of Covid-19 as not being an urgent problem, or not being a problem at all. Either way, they are completely wrong, because the truth is that the uncontrolled spread of Covid-19 represents an overwhelming threat to the long-term survival of mankind.

If the U.S. had universal healthcare (as the richest nation on Earth, there is no rational reason to not have it), we'd still have a hot mess of a government & plenty of other issues for Republicans & Democrats to spar over. But the people would not live in fear of being able to afford basic care.

I have fond memories of being taken to ice skating lessons as a child by my grandma. We'd take the bus to the rink at the mall. Afterward, she'd buy me an Orange Julius & a treasure (in the shape of an erase or a pencil) at the Sanrio store. I can still skate today & have a soft spot for My Melody.🩷
