Cis allies can pair up and call the authorities on each other for being trans in a public bathroom, exhaust due process until medical records are subpoenaed, and tire the cops with it until they complain so much about enforcing it that they stop bothering, like they did for non-crime hate incidents.

Kids are a marginalized group. In western culture, adults are way too controlling and punitive toward them.
