- Black Bear (parents house, NC)
- Great Blue Heron (NJ )
- Road runner (NM)
- the worlds fattest squirrel (jumping out of a trash can after I threw something away, RI)

Red fox - Virginia
Raccoon - in a knothole, riverside park, manhattan
Turkey vulture - my dad’s house in PA
A jolly fat red squirrel who took cookie crumbs from my fingers with his wee lil hands - LA

The most exotic things I've seen in our yard are a Luna Moth and a Black Widow Spider.
