Old man yells at cloud: i miss when caramel WITHOUT salt was the default. Part of what makes salted sweets good is they're unexpected, surprising in a good way.

I watched a manager try to use Copilot to do a holiday raffle this week live. He gave it a list 100ish members and 50 prizes and said no repeats, and it proceeded to award the same 7 people all prizes.
The number of waffling, stonewalling prompts it took to get that done would get a human fired.

But also having too many systems can be as ineffective as no systems, so trying a bunch of systems out at once to find what works for you can also backfire tremendously
what's more, you have to overhaul and change your systems every now and then so they remain novel enough to be interesting
The fucking thing about ADHD is you can't just have one tool or system, you gotta have like three simultaneous systems and tools so you can custom blend your own daily coping mechanisms, like being a mixologist for your brain.
