I once asked a bookseller at a large indie store how many people would have to buy a book for it to get the attention of the store buyer and cause an additional order and they said: Three.
I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

A fond memory I have of Italy was seeing The Rise of Skywalker in a packed cinema. The lights came on a little too early & everyone stood and jeered. I joked to my Italian friend "Guess I'm not the only one who hated the movie!" He replied "no, they're all angry about the movie too, not the lights."
The only Star Wars opinion about which I am dogmatic is that The Rise of Skywalker is the worst movie in the franchise & also the worst movie ever made. I've never hated a piece of art more.
i would push rogue one down and bring solo and the last jedi up. i’d also place attack of the clones at the bottom.
