uh oh! i tried a new supplement that unbeknownst to me is a mild antipsychotic. that maybe doesn't sound bad but my whole deal is kind of a house of cards and the psychosis is more load-bearing than you'd think. fun day ahead for ol' lettie.

A new fancy condo building was built across the street and they wanted to see if the new condos were better than their apartment and then they got trapped on the balcony of one of the new condos and yelled at each other. Solid C+ late period New Girl episode, imo.

Hate it when low sugar/sugar-free treats are marketed as "guilt-free" or are otherwise negative about the abstract concept of eating sugar. I am not eating these because I feel guilty about eating candy. I am eating these so that my blood does not get mad at me.
