To be clear, the assignment was to evaluate a *scientific research paper* on gender stereotypes in a scientific manner. Apart from the bad writing—I would give feedback to visit the writing center if I received this paper—to the instructor’s points, this isn’t scientific engagement…at all.

my hot take about the Oklahoma essay is evangelicals are soft from never having to seriously engage with apologetics as a dominant faith culture. I could have written a better essay than that in high school and it’s because Mormons have a robust culture of fake academia.
