Remember when the Russians called in bomb threats to polling locations in Georgia on election day and a bunch of people (all of whom we now know aren't based out of the US) cried "Russiagate" and then they did it again in Moldova?
It isn't always the Russians but it's really weird how often it's the Russians
Before Germany’s last elections, hundreds of combustion-engine cars had been vandalised, combined with pro-Green flyers left on site. State investigators now assume a Russian influence operation:

Emmanuel, a 15-year-old with intellectual disabilities, wandered away from his mom’s fruit stand in October.

She reported him missing to Houston police. But instead of reuniting them, the city turned him over to ICE.

“They’re failing all of us,” his mom said.

The number of ways this is disgraceful behavior from the Secretary of Defense is...a lot.

Service members do have a duty to refuse illegal orders

All Americans have a 1st Amendment right to say that out loud.
Hegseth is now threatening to recall Sen. Mark Kelly to active duty in order to court martial him.

murderers like, say, the man most responsible for the ever-escalating deaths of hundreds of thousands people worldwide due to the sudden execution of USAID?

In Russia, an alleged veteran of the Battle of Stalingrad told Putin that:

"We fought so that you, your children, grandchildren,great-grandchildren would always have a clear, peaceful sky above your heads."

And what did Putin do? He started the bloodiest war on the European continent since WWII.

It's unclear how many times Marco Rubio can do this--hastily convene all of Europe to present a counteroffer that Russia will inevitably refuse, only to have the Russians throw a few more bribes onto the funeral pyre of the Western order and with those bribes rope in a few more venal Trump flunkies.

We may never be able to do anyting about this in the US because of the first amendment and our Supreme Court. But the UK and Eruope could and will regret not checking Musk (and Zuckerberg, Bezos, et al) if they don't.
We urgently need to know how many of these accounts have been spreading/amplifying hate, division and instability in Britain. We already know that a foreign actor - Elon Musk - promoted violent overthrow of the government. Has his platform been enabling foreign adversaries to do the same?
This is one of the big accounts boosting Tommy Robinson, Farage and Reform and ‘English Patriots’.

It’s Russian.

One fascinating and yet expected thing is that none of the big foreign accounts pretending to be American are left of center, or even anti-Trump. Not a single one. Says something about the economics and geopolitics of political grifting
If I’m understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?
