The government complains that Comey submitted a 19-page request for vindictive prosecution evidence.

Right.

$\the defendant has provided a 19-page letter that includes substantial and abnormal requests regarding the vindictive/selective prosecution allegation. These requests are for internal deliberative processes, attorney work product, and potentially privileged information. The government has asked for this material and will need to review it. The government has submitted a wailing motion on discovery in the Jim Comey case--partly wailing that bc he won't agree to a protective order--they don't have agreement.

But they basically ignore Judge Nachmanoff's order that ALL discovery is due Monday.

RFK fired the CDC official (w/decades of experience) leading the measles outbreak response. It's been decades since we've had such a large outbreak. And just to ensure they they can spread the measles outbreak even farther, they also fired the leadership for the center focused on immunization.

I can't emphasize how important it is for people to understand that unless something FAR BIGGER than an election win happens, this is a pipe dream.

It would take quite a bit to get past qualified immunity.

I can't emphasize enough how important it is that the next attorney general set a team to go through ICE records with a fine tooth comb and prosecute individual agents.

It's the only way to stop this from happening again.

ICE secretly kidnap autistic boy during bathroom break—never notify parents.

Mother reported him missing a week ago—turns out ICE had him detained the whole time.

He was helping sell fruit and asked to go to the restroom—by the time she was done helping a customer he was gone.

By the time of James' arraignment on October 24, DOJ will EITHER have dismissed Jim Comey's case, OR the evidence that Halligan was unlawfully appointed AND the evidence that EDVA knew they had no probable cause against Comey will be public.

NSO's spokesperson said the group "has invested tens of millions of dollars in the company and has acquired controlling ownership," but declined to say who is behind the investment.
