The President everyone. The original police statement that the shooter was in custody was issued over an hour ago. The correction was issued ten minutes later.

The EU has approved an indefinite freeze of ~€210bn in Russian sovereign assets. That ends the 6-month renewal cycle which Hungary used to try to block it.
