Oh, you guys know me; I'm the game designer with all the weird sarcastic posts and game streams.
I'm sorry if you came here for EDH deck building advice; your deck is awful and you should feel bad.

If you're checking out my profile like "Who's this guy?" I'm probably following you over on 'BAD SITE' and trying to keep up with you here too.

If not, you interacted with someone I do and I thought that was enough for a follow.

In either case:

another benefit of using signal before you need it is though messages are encrypted they can still tell when someone started using it or if they're using it. having normalized usage before many people in a region join at the same time in theory makes harder to infer usage is part of a recent pattern
A thing that you can do right now to support your community is to download and install the SIGNAL messaging app and learn how to use it *before* ICE/CBP attacks your city.

LEAVITT: Why was Renee Good unfortunately and tragically killed?

REPORTER: Because an ICE agent acted recklessly and killed her unjustifiably

LEAVITT: Oh, ok. So you're a biased reporters with a biased opinion. You're a left-wing hack.

This seems like a maliciously put headline to make people feel a certain way.

Wikipedia is not partaking in generative AI. They are making AI companies and scrappers having to pay for training their modules off wikipedia texts. And having an AI (not that ai) tasked with updating dead links.

Q: "What is the administration's position on the Pentagon Papers case from the 1970s that affirmed reporters' right to publish classified information under certain circumstances?"

Leavitt: *doesn't answer*

We are seeing images in Minnesota as horrific as these.

I literally was telling my friend the photos and videos out of Minneapolis reminded me of the firehose images or the pictures of Selma.
ICE in Minnesota is reminiscent of the firehoses used during the Civil Rights era. Images are compelling evidence that words can't compete with
This is incredible: 81% of working class and 83% of young voters have seen video of Renee Good's killing, per new data I've obtained. Majority of working class disapproves of ICE enforcement. ICE brutality is breaking through big time.

Some thoughts on this here:

And here it is - not surprisingly, the US regime's interest has nothing to do with national security, it's just another attempt to line the pockets of Trump's billionaire buddies.

Related: there is literally nothing about the Insurrection Act or the concept of martial law that provides the authority to cancel elections.

The "he'll cancel the elections!" doomers also don't ask the most relevant question of all: how would voters react to being told they can't vote this year? We're not passive players in all this; they're not just going to go, "Well, okay."

Also: let's say he succeeds and some elections are cancelled. Congress would just be made up of House members and Senators from states that did have elections, and there'd be a blue quorum.
the question to ask about this is, okay, he wants to cancel the midterms. how does he get the VA state board of elections to cancel the midterms? how does he get the georgia board of elections to do it? how does he convince republican house members to quit their jobs and give up their paychecks?
Trump says a lot of deranged shit, but, per this Reuters article — and the threats of invoking the Insurrection Act in Minnesota this morning — he is very clearly exploring how to cancel the midterms.

BARTIROMO: Do you want President Trump to institute the Insurrection Act?

REP. GARBARINO: Maybe the only thing they can do is the Insurrection Act, but hopefully that's not the case. Having troops on the ground is not the best thing to do. It might be the last thing to do.
