Looking back on my awesome Arctic fox encounter from last month. These little guys are high-energy, fast-moving foragers. This one was sniffing for snacks among the frozen kelp on the shore. They will follow polar bears onto the ice to eat leftovers from their kills. #mammals 🌿

The gender data here is interesting. It shows similar numbers of religious young men and women. That might give the impression of young men flocking to churches, since we expect to see more women in congregations. But it's not what's happening. Numbers are equal because more young women are leaving.

I had shingles somehow on THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH (+my back).
I still don't want to eat extra crunchy stuff like pita chips, tbh & it's been years since I had it.
You do not want shingles! I've had it twice (2nd time only my back) & both times was w/ the stress from moving. Not even to another city!

All over my FB people talking about their bad experiences with shingles vax and dissuading each other from getting it! We need to give people real info on how to mitigate the symtoms caused by vaccines because vaccines are always better than meeting a virus unprepared. Yet drs aren't coaching ppl
