The people controlling our media, our games, trying to control our stories are intentionally promoting the idea of heroism.

We don't need or want heroes. We want people to stop being complicit. And yes, that often takes bravery.

Most of the time it's not even cowardice but simple complicity. They may also be cowardly but the main thing is that they are complicit.
