Re the Stancil situation. I certainly don’t mind Will and his Honda Fit getting outsized attention - struck me that he’s doing the work & doing it for good. But as someone who has dealt with the media during this, vulnerable people always always have to be protected. Advance notice, permission, etc

Heard any interesting/heartening thing from the courthouse today. Jurors. Usually people do their duty but they’re a bit crabby about it. Judges can sense it. Not since the ICE invasion. Fewer absentees, fewer excuses, more commitment, more focus. It’s like civics matters & they‘re defending it.

Amen. But the video adds a ton of power to the song.
Honestly, hard to watch the video for "Streets of Minneapolis." Seeing the last weeks all together here, the video clips and photos ... is a lot. It's really well done, but also awful.

Friend in a non-neighboring state asked how they could help us resist here. Thought it might be good to crowdsource ideas. Please be earnest & all sincere ideas appreciated.

My colleague seems to think we should focused on protecting ICE agents right now. Not our neighbors who are being terrorized by them in the streets? I'm sorry, I disagree.

My love fucking overflows for my neighbors. I have lived 66 years and this is an absolute peak emotion.

If it‘s the one near me, you need to know that a lot of ‘60s OGs live there. Easiest sale ever.
It says a lot about the state of the Twin Cities that when visiting a relatively affluent senior housing complex I noticed piles of whistles set out for taking on a table by the elevator.

Q: Can you be specific about how many ICE and CBP agents are currently operating in the state?

HOMAN: 3,000. There's been some rotations. They've been in theater a long time. Day after day, can't eat in restaurants, people spin on you, blowing whistles at you. But my main focus now is draw down

Not privy to any strategy, but with the major state daily now printed in Iowa, no reason time It to afternoon/evening before. It will likely still lead TV news tonight, and it’s what y’all are talking about this morning. Btw she had to announce before caucuses & I told you waiting was in her favor.
Is releasing a YouTube video at 6 am local time the typical way of announcing a run for office?
