I think it fits my thesis that 2025 was Mpls emphatically sorting into political “parties” but as always there are candidate quality factors that manifested decisively in Ward 12 and more weakly in W8 & W2 as evidenced by winners getting more crossovers from Frey than opponents got from Fateh
