I went to my barely-English speaking Hispanic neighbors, and between my kitchen-manager-spanish and Google translate, I was able to warn them and let them know - "maybe you're green card, maybe citizens. I dont care. You're people. But they are *allowed* to grab people for being brown. Heads up"

Seen it. Silver Ford Explorer with Washington plates and the guy inside is wearing the vest. Just sitting outside my apartment complex. Another neighbor told me they saw another, more obvious car, a sedan, with 2 "uniformed" (lol) dudes inside driving around the neighborhood.
