The Office of Management and Budget sent a notification to Congress about their intent to use research and development funds to pay members of the military, two sources with direct knowledge tell NBC News.

A spokesperson for the OMB confirmed to NBC News that it plans to use the research and development funds and that there are two years' worth of funds available within the Department of Defense.

I feel like the Coens are reverse Scorsese for me. Scorsese is known for his crime movies but his best are the ones that aren't gangster based, and the Coens are known more for off-beat character movies but crime is their best genre (Miller's Crossing, Blood Simple, Fargo)

This 4 minutes of Bob Burnquist will melt your face. For my money he's the best vert skater in history (Sorry Tony Hawk and Danny Way) and everything he does is SO BIG. Fearless shit. The trick at the 2:36 mark might be one of the best in the history of skating
