I am willing to pay more, in taxes or insurance or both, to guard against the risk the government will decide my home is now worthless and I should eat the cost.
I do not think it is impossible to build housing at the interface that effectively mitigated risk.

I do this a few times per month.
I also experience the "2 sleep shifts per night" deal....something "we" used to have before industrialization.
People sleep for 4 hours...up for 2...then back to sleep. Eat. Socialize. Read. Sex. Whatever.
I think that with so many working from home...

I’m with you, I like it a little chewier and easier to eat. Part of the reason I make it at home - the prepackaged are usually so dry.
