I think the Green Party can arrange that for them…
Labour Would Rather Lose Elections Than Give an Inch to the Left | Ash Sarkar
Manchester mayor Andy Burnham might actually have a chance of saving Labour from itself, which is exactly why Keir Starmer won’t give him a chance, argues Ash Sarkar.

Nooo, stop fighting back against the SS, that's exactly what Hitler wants! He's just looking for the excuse to burn Warsaw to the ground, and you're giving him exactly what he wants! Lay down your weapons and allow yourselves to be shepherded gently and dignifiedly into the gas chambers!

They're literally going to run the same playbook they always do because it's the only one they have.

Labour are beneath contempt. Cockroaches.
As we say all the time: Labour hates the left more than it hates actual fascists & cares about antisemitism insofar as it can be weaponised against the left even though this sets back the battle against rising antisemitism & further undermines Jewish safety

Zack Polanski delivered a letter to data surveillance company Palantir stating aim to end the company’s £330m contract with NHS.

We are putting Palantir on notice, This is a military surveillance company tied to authoritarian surveillance and the devastation in Gaza — and it has no role in our NHS.

Starmer plans to attack the only Jewish party leader over antisemitism.

He wants to attack Zack Polanski for challenging Britain's role as lapdog to Donald Trump.

What does this tell us?

Labour is very rattled - and they absolutely should be.

Immigration is a fake problem. We have politicians on the one hand who want to use immigrants as scapegoats for our real ones and politicians on the other who are too cowardly to stand against them and tell the truth. That is the entire situation. Until that changes, people will continue to die.

there's no such thing as 'corbynism'.

that just means 'social democracy'.

ben is straight-up admitting that he's a thatcherite who is opposed to social justice and liberal values.
It’s easy to be relatively popular as a metro mayor when you claim credit for all the good stuff (much of which was done by your predecessor) & blame the Government for the bad stuff, people have forgotten your record as a Minister & how you abandoned the PLP in its struggle against Corbynism.

Funny isn't it? Ben's faction won and yet they seem unable to enjoy it. Endlessly brittle in the face of how hideously unpopular they are.

Ben here, finally saying the quiet part out loud. That some Labour MPs didn’t join the PLP in their ‘struggle against Corbynism’

The Corbynism that reestablished the true ethos of the Labour party

Ben is now happily growing Olives in Scilly, so should probably pipe down about UK politics

For me, Labour lost all respectability they'd previous had by first voting to trigger Article 50 with no plan, and then adopting Starmer's 'red lines' on Brexit

There's no coming back from that for me. I'll never vote Labour again. No ifs, no buts, no 'tactical lending votes to Labour'.

Dead to me
