unfortunately after just a few months working at a firm that represents poor debtors in federal court I really gotta give that senile old man credit for the caliber of lawyer he elevated to the bench, you notice a clear difference even between Biden appointees and appointees of other Democrats
in all likelihood Sotomayor's replacement would have been even better than her (Biden's judicial picks were basically unprecedentedly good) and there's a decent likelihood that by 2029 we are cursing Sotomayor's non-retirement under Biden the way we cursed RBG's under Obama
