AP, ABC and CBS all reported that Wagner was charged with threatening federal agents— which wasn’t reflected in the complaint or even said by DOJ explicitly. AP has now finally changed their headline and added a correction.

In 2026, 57 of 62 ICE Air flights through MSP went to or from El Paso.
NEW: All flights to and from El Paso airport in Texas halted for 10 days for 'special security reasons,' FAA says.

i think this more than anything is what miller wants. vast detention camps with all of the suffering and death that means.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.

If these mega-camps are utilized to the full capacity ICE intends, they'll be the largest prisons in the country, with little real oversight. www.ajc.com/politics/202...

Making this a debatable demand legitimizes this lawlessness in a way that suggests Democratic Party leadership actually wants ICE to be able to act like this.

They're either evil & onboard with the GOP, or so stupid that they need to be replaced by different leadership immediately
This is literally what CURRENT LAW requires. It’s in the Constitution! www.politico.com/news/2026/02...

As the negotiations over DHS budget continue, please remember: the ICE detention budget alone was exploded in 2025 so it is now 62% greater than the entire Bureau of Prisons. People are not clocking what this infusion of cash to build concentration camps will do to our society.

One way to judge a society's investments is asking: "what kinds of people and relationships will this investment create?" Sit with this question. Investment in repressive bureaucracies has become so normalized that we are desensitized to how far away from the best parts of humanity it takes us.

But on Sunday afternoon, his wife told MPR News that he still hadn't received the life-saving medication.

What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.
