No, you just need a Congress that takes its oath to the Constitution seriously
We need constitutional amendments to take back some of these expanded executive branch powers. Maybe we create a 4th branch of government that is independent of the President. The SCOTUS let Trump go too far. There is much that can be done, but it will require constitutional Amendments.

Trump goons mistreat target who goes to court and gets a ruling against them showing they acted illegally. Trump goons then look their portfolio of legal tools to hurt the person they abused some more. It's perverse. And it's the way they act every day. Courts need to take note of this.
In the same way Abrego Garcia was, this 5-year-old is being singled out and punished for making the administration look bad just by existing as sympathetic case.

“These are regular removal proceedings. This is standard procedure and there is nothing retaliatory about enforcing the nation’s immigration laws. He will receive full due process."
