I guess I am a proud device hoarder. My cell phone is at least 6 years old. It still works, so why should I buy a new one? My old laptop was at least 10 years old before I upgraded it about a year ago.
If a phone still works fine, it’s not “device hoarding” to keep using it. It’s common sense.

Maybe someone should look into the tracking and disposition of all those gifts he’s received. They are gifts to the nation, not to him. If he keeps them, he’s supposed to pay fair market value. Maybe he can keep gifts <$25(?), but I don’t think that covers gold bars or all the other shiny objects.
