St. Paul & Minneapolis have virtually the same percentage of DSA-endorsed council members (30%, 28%) yet the former has many fewer homicides & encampments per capita so I’m thinking DSA isn’t the problem.

A Homeland Security Investigations special agent was also charged with producing child sexual abuse material. 17yo girl, videos found on her phone. Customs and Border Protection officer charged with uploading child pornography.
