Judge Georgia Alexakis has denied a motion by the Tribune and other media to lift a protective order and release body cam footage from the shooting of Marimar Martinez by a Border Patrol agent.

UPDATE: A CBP agent allegedly used his gun and badge rob and sexually assault at least 4 prostitutes in Chicago’s suburbs in 2022.
The attacks were so brazen at one point he was offered “free commercial sex” with workers if he stopped, the feds say.
He didn't.
