Ellis now orders the government to turn over all body worn camera footage of two incidents in Little Village on Nov. 6 and Nov. 8, where Bovino claimed that agents were fired upon.

Judge Ellis sets a status hearing for Jan. 7. "That way we can see where we are and can see what we need to set out" as far as discovery schedule, etc.
