most of my books are in storage but the two I have out are Moonflow by @bitterkarella.bsky.social which has content warnings, and Lucky Day by @chucktingle.bsky.social which doesn't (but Chuck seems like he'd be amenable to adding them to future books, publishers permitting)

you can make donuts out of batter or sweet yeasted dough but they must be light and fluffy, can't abide a rigid or stodgy donut. The first test of a donut store is a warm, fresh cinnamon sugar donut, if they can't land that there's no point in the rest. The last test is how well the same cools.
