Still need to remove parking, increase transit, lower speeds, create car free spaces, support active mobility.

Drivers not blaming pedestrians and cyclists when they run them over challenge level:impossible.
I have been driving a night when a cyclist crosses in front of me dressed in all black, on a dark colored bike, no street lights and it is a problem for everyone.
Cyclists must be visible, street lights should light streets and then drivers would be able to see and not hit cyclists

The reason why cyclists and pedestrians push back against these types of campaigns is not because we think visibility is bad (I wear hig-viz!), but because it's victim blaming that diverts attention from the real issues: dangerous drivers and poor infrastructure
