A friend of mine who gets a LOT more crank contacts than I do has regularly started seeing "ChatGPT/Grok confirmed my theory" or even "I asked ChatGPT and it told me" type of psychoceramics. The sort of person who is apt to slide down the rabbithole is just getting encouraged by the chatbots.

All we need to turn this from a bubble into a productive sector of the economy (or at least one with a revenue stream proportional to the investment) is for people to spend more money on fake girlfriends than on food and shelter

I can't imagine thinking that the only lesson to take from the holocaust is that Jews must be militantly protected.

I mean, why do you think such a high percentage of grassroots activists are retirees? We're the only ones with the time and the commitment to our local communities.
I try to avoid "real organizers vs. fake/keyboard organizers" framings for the most part but one thing you learn quickly from organizing is how difficult it is to get people to do anything at all, how much you're competing against sociologically. people are overworked and tired

There are several 5 star hotels in central London that have nonces, rapists and murderers in them right now, and they all entered the country via regular legal channels.
I know it's been said before but "we don't know who is in those hotels" is SO WEIRD. I don't know who is in a hotel when I STAY in a hotel. I never know who is in any hotel at any point. How did this dogshit prevail?!
