this basically encapsulates what was always my position in the endless Souls debates: just because a game’s difficulty sliders are *diagetic* doesn’t mean there aren’t difficulty sliders, and in fact it may even be a sign they’ve been given an uncommon amount of thought and attention

In 1657, Jin Shengtan 金聖嘆 broke off from his commentary on 'The Romance of the Western Chamber' to list "33 Nice Things" 不亦快哉三十三則.
