I am told the rice pudding was a hit and because I do nothing if I do not do it to excess the pot was described as “regenerating” and “a portal to the rice pudding dimension”.

I know it sounds insane but the market was extremely over valued, until it drops like 30% I’m not really worried. Growth this year was like 23% or something. That’s insane for an investment that’s supposed to return 8-10%.
