The Interior Department has announced it will charge $100 per head for non-US residents to visit the most popular 11 national parks.

How many three test olds caught up by themselves in immigration court even speak English? Are there translators available for those that don't? Would that make it less of a farce, or more than a farce?

I went to immigration court in Seattle to observe the kids docket. These children, some as young as three years old, are expected to understand complex legal processes and represent themselves in court.
