Goku being a wife guy is especially funny when you remember that he only got engaged because he thought a marriage was something you eat, didn't recognize his "fiancé" when they reconnected a few years later, and only wound up marrying her because he didn't want her to be upset with him.

Oh shit.

"Unshaken" and the moment surrounding it in RDR2 was so incredible and powerful that it almost makes up for how bad the entire chapter leading up to it was.

He was such an interesting and incredible talent.

I don't even think TNA is their AAA equivalent. I think that's NXT.

Admittedly, it's not a 1 to 1 comparison, but TNA is almost like if baseball had a whole separate semi-pro league of aging pro players hoping they might get one last prorated contract due to someone getting hurt

The other difference is that Warrior had guys like Rude and Savage to walk him through matches to mask his shortcomings.

No disrespect to the women in AEW or WWE, but none of them are Rude or Savage.

Sam's torture of Brennan is basically worth the cost on its own.

The moment in the bingo episode where Brennan realizes that nothing he did mattered and he was not involved in the actual win/loss of the episode at all is one of the most hilarious moments I've ever seen in internet comedy

I was in attendance for one of Jade's best ever matches in AEW at Revolution in 2022 when she took on Tay Melo(then Tay Conti), and like....it was pretty good? But it involved outside interference despite being less than 7 minutes long.

Like, the whole thing was booked to mask Jade couldn't do much

For Jade, it's much more of a case of "She just never got better as a worker", which is a huge problem when the whole division was rapidly improving.

The closest analog for her in the division now is Megan Bayne, and it's like night and day between the two in terms of work rate.

I think EPA is fundamentally not very useful for several reasons, and that's one of them.

Baseball's sabermetric revolution was a big step for baseball, but other sports' attempts to replicate it have had vanishingly small returns.

I think the problem there is that Thune understands the filibuster is more useful for Republicans than it is for Democrats, and he's much less of a lackey for Trump than Johnson is.

I think it probably eventually happens, but I think it'll still be a bit.
