All my white guy friends had a fire phase. They had a "let's quote anchorman non-stop" phase. They had a Red Hot Chili Peppers phase. They had an eating-room-temp-pizza-for-days phase. They did not have a nazi phase.
this also drives me insane, this idea that it is the most normal thing in the world for a young (white) man to have a nazi curious phase. it isn’t!

San Diego is one of the largest cities in the USA but hardly ever shows up in film (since it is basically "what if LA had basically the same culture but was just generally nicer to live in").
So Anchorman was kind of a "win". :)

I averaged ~135 in the day. My first day at KGNS TV (1980), I went bowling with our anchorman after assuring him that I was a 130’s bowler. Started with 6 strikes in a row, a 7-10 split (which I nearly converted), another 3 strikes in a row, got a 252! Game 2 came back to reality with a 108!
