I have not been able to do homebrewing much since we moved out of our old apartment, because our current place is old as shit and struggles with temperature regulation, but everyone please wish me luck when winter fully hits so I can get ever closer to making the lemon verbena pocky stout real
I do not send anyone anything I haven’t had 1-3 of beforehand (in that case 3, because it came in a 4-pack). my understanding from homebrewing is pasteurizing just lets it be shelf-stable longer
