if you want people to have more kids, you have to make it cheaper, you have to build better public systems for taking care of them, you have to give people the time to parent, and you have to give the kids resources to keep themselves safe when their parents or any other adults try to harm them
you legitimately could not get me to care a single bit about "falling birth rates" for a myriad of reasons but especially with the way this society treats women and trans people and children in particular sorry. child abuse is just the norm worldwide. let the birth rates fall tbh
