if you're neurodivergent a lot of the advice about task management and concentration and organization are for NT folks.
experiment with what works for your brain. ex if having a reward at the end doesn't make you want to finish the task, see if doing the reward first gives you the momentum.

My thing with the art censorship situation is that it all needs to be able to exist. Especially the weirdo fucked up stuff that's horrible and makes you feel bad. Even the daft edgy shit you don't feel has a purpose. I trust no one to decide which art is morally ok! Certainly not corporations!

I think "fake it til' you make it" is genuinely a great bit of advice but people (understandably!) think it means "lie until you've duped everyone" when in reality it's much more "act like you belong here because you actually do and you need to get over yourself"
