I have recorded my own voice more than 99.9% of the population and I still have no idea how actors get their ADR to sound exactly the same as the original recordings. I can't make my voice sound exactly the same as it did 15 minutes ago.

I often think about Jonathan Cooper's posts about TLOU2, that the studio ran out of seasoned game animators because its reputation was so bad and thus had to hire film folks who had to be taught how to put games together.
