Was just complaining about an IHE article that seemed to find it ridiculous that professors aren't all adopting AI tools.

"Unfortunately, Bucher’s case is part of a broader problem: universities pushing faculty to incorporate unproven AI tools into their workflows."

Hey, this Bovino thing is a pathetic attempt to make all these horrors the fault of one guy, and it would be a serious, serious crisis if people fell for it. ICE needs to be abolished, bc this - terror, murder - are what it exists for. Nothing else. This is just an attempt to mollify us. Stay angry

The fact that there's a Melania movie is nuts to me. Remember the famously silent and apathetic First Lady? The one so removed from the spotlight that people thought she'd been replaced by a double? Yeah, she's who people want to see a movie about

One of my colleges now requires a customer service course as part of required training. It's not a business module just assigned as part of the training; it is specifically about improving customer service in higher education. So, we're no longer even trying to pretend we're not businesses anymore

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

They should invent a new kind of reusable umbrella. I shouldn't have to buy a new one every time it rains. Something I could keep at home or toss in my bag after checking the weather forecast, perhaps

those of us laid off from Teen Vogue were really fortunate to complete our fundraising goal — the laid-off staffers at VIBE deserve the same support, as Black media outlets and journalists continue to be targeted and discriminated against in “austerity” measures
It was announced on October 16, 2025 that VIBE was "joining forces" with Rolling Stone. As a result, the majority of VIBE employees were laid off. If you have the means to give, this team could use the support! www.gofundme.com/f/support-vi...
