Two years on HRT today and I can definitely say that considering everything it’s been a big improvement to me. I don’t think I pass at all, but people are definitely unsure nowadays, and most importantly I feel more like myself. And bewbs are cool too.

one of the main reasons trans healthcare moved away from strict gatekeeping and toward informed consent & GAC is that trans ppl who were denied the means to transition would simply seek it out elsewhere
