There are countless cases just like this one, where trans kids are intentionally being denied care and support by the state.
Supportive families of trans kids are being investigated by social services (the UK's anti-trans gestapo).
It is genocide.

But I am either an “aside from the fact” a “women and girls” or the “mainly men” who are disgusted by periods.

#Farage called out for using trans men (not the first time he's has used #transphobia to obfuscate) is a deliberate distraction from any scrutiny into the links between #ReformUK and #Russia. It's lazy, bigoted nonsense. Having period products for trans men and poor, single dads doesn't harm anyone.
