Trump: "Portland, I mean -- every time I look at that place it's burning down. There are fires all over the place. When a store -- there are very few of them left -- but when a store owner rebuilds a store they build it out of plywood. They don't put up storefronts anymore. They just put wood up."

The LGBTQI+ special edition of the Journal of the IACP was filled with articles on various subjects of relevance to LGBTQI+ therapists & therapy clients. All have been taken down as a result of O'Malley's SLAPP action.
Cover of Irish Journal of Counselling & Psychotherapy. Contents listed include: Trans parent - a counsellor's journey; Boundless love - overcoming shame in polyamory; Considering gender diversity in Psychotherapy; Providing therapeutic space to transgender & non binary clients (this is Leonie O'Dowd's article); Gender without consent; Love is a human right - how the British Empire's legacy of homophobia & transphobia still harms too many LGBTQ+ people; The silent crisis - transgender health care & the urgent need for change; LGBTQ+ issues in counselling training - a lecturer's perspective; Exploring the intersection between eating disorder-related eating behaviours & sexual orientation among sexual minority women.

In my childhood it was heavy metal, walkmen and pacman that were going to kill us all. Although not necessarily in that order.

The research used to claim reliability of a ME/CFS blood test has important limitations, shown here.

A lot of psych is already conducted with online convenience samples & ppl are probably excited about silicon samples bc it would allow them to crank out more studies for even less 💸

How about we reconsider the idea that sciencey science involves collecting own data.
