I guess since it’s time I do a reintroduction to all the new people who just joined.
I live in the U.K, North Lincolnshire to be exact. I’m a pilot for “the big yellow machine” based at East Midlands flying the amazing Boeing 777f.

Exactly, I am on the same side.

But I’m also realistic in my latter point that unless we have a strong credible defence we would just be walked over..
Sadly the world isn’t emotionally mature enough to settle disputes without violence yet, hopefully one day.

But sensible build up an independent European defence pact and defensive industries before dropping the us if it continues to be an unreliable ally.

As much as green politics wants a world with no arms, sadly we need to be real and that the only way we keep the peace is by being ready to defend.

I would say in my non legal opinion that anyone who’s identify or gender history outed without explicit consent would have a case.
Gender recognition act covers that as well as equality act and GDPR.

I wonder if any organisation took action and incurred expenses from following the guidance can make a claim against the EHRC for costs, especially if the revised one sent to the minister is (hopefully) rejected.
It would be an interesting path to hurt the EHRC and discredit its biased commissioners
